Since joining RBC in 1987, Wayne Bossert has successfully climbed the ranks of Canada's largest bank (as measure by assets and market cap) after holding a variety of leadership roles across the country.  In his current position, Wayne oversees RBC's personal and business sales forces across Canada.  RBC boasts seventeen million clients and 80,100 employees worldwide.

Wayne will be sharing with us lessons from his leadership journey - the highs, the lows and the learnings along the way.  We'll be asking Wayne his perspective on what separates those who rise through the leadership ranks from those that don't plus get the real deal on what it takes to be successful leading in a multi-national corporation (ie: do you really need an MBA?).  Join us for this intimate (only 12 seats available) facilitated roundtable discussion and get ready to ask Wayne your questions directly.
